How hospitality oriented am I? Well…

Since I was in high school, I’ve been engrossed in the food and beverage space assisting my restaurant entrepreneur mother in catering, marketing, and serving drinks.

During the pandemic, I fell down the rabbit hole of specialty coffee through a pour-over tutorial by Blue Bottle. After this hobby sparked, I worked as a barista for 2 years and then in marketing in the specialty coffee industry for 1 year.

Currently, I work with a Japanese Fine Dining restaurant in capturing their seasonal menus.

Today, I’m deeply interwoven in the Bay Area specialty coffee scene and aim to share as much that I know.
My dream is to open my own specialty coffee shop one day.
